Chen Bin, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province, has been appointed as the Secretary of the Party Group of the Department
According to the news on the evening of July 17 on the official WeChat official account of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Department held an enlarged learning meeting of the theoretical learning center group of the Party Leadership Group, and Chen Bin, the secretary of the Party Leadership Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
Chen Bin was previously the Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province, a member of the Party Group, and a first-class inspector. In early July, the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee issued a pre appointment notice for provincial management cadres, in which Chen Bin was proposed to serve as the head of the provincial unit.
According to the public resume, Chen Bin was born in July 1974 and is a graduate student. He has worked in the Comprehensive Department of the Ningbo Municipal Government Office, the Secretariat of the Municipal Party Committee Office, and the Confidential Bureau of the Municipal Party Committee. Later, he went to work in Jiangxi and successively served as the Deputy Director of the Provincial Government Service Management Office, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Party Committee and the full-time Deputy Director of the Provincial Party Committee National Security Committee Office, and the Inspector of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Last May, Chen Bin was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province.
Shen Mingquan, former Secretary of the Party Group of the Department of Civil Affairs of Zhejiang Province, has been transferred to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor.
