The investigation by the Liaoning Provincial Supervision Commission has been concluded and transferred to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution. Designated by the People's Procuratorate of Liaoning Province, the case shall be reviewed and prosecuted by the People's Procuratorate of Jinzhou City. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Jinzhou City made an arrest decision against Sun Sheng on suspicion of bribery and abuse of power in accordance with the law.
