The meeting summarized the situation of the association's party building, competitions, activities, training, and talent team construction since the beginning of this year. The association adheres to the guidance of party building, actively carries out themed party day activities, organizes social sports instructors for fitness and bodybuilding projects to donate learning and daily necessities to students in special education schools, and popularizes scientific fitness knowledge; Organize provincial bodybuilding and fitness leagues, provincial bodybuilding and fitness championships, and organize training courses for frontline social sports instructors in provincial bodybuilding and fitness projects; Carry out annual registration of referees, association inspections, annual audits, and other related work. The association's themed party day activity won the second prize in the provincial sports club's themed party day activity. 21 new national first-class referees for fitness and bodybuilding projects have been added in the province, and 6 have been hired as trainers for social sports instructors in the province's fitness and bodybuilding projects. The meeting studied the competition activity plan for the second half of the year and approved the Implementation Rules for the Code of Conduct in Jiangsu Province Fitness and Fitness Sports Venues.
The meeting reported on the shoe throwing incident and investigation of female athletes at the 2023 Provincial Fitness Championships. After the incident, the organizing unit established a joint investigation team to conduct a disciplinary investigation into the competition style. The investigation team retrieved competition videos and referee scoring materials, and submitted them to the China Bodybuilding Association for expert evaluation; I have had conversations with 22 people including the athlete, other participating athletes, arbitrators, referees, and event staff to inquire about the competition style and discipline; Require each referee to write an explanation of the competition style and discipline; Send letters to all participating units to collect clues on the discipline of the competition. A total of 25 referees were selected, including 5 at the international level, 11 at the national level and 9 at the first level. Most of the referees have national and provincial competition experience. The referees came from 10 districts and cities in the province, including 1 in Nanjing, 3 in Wuxi, 2 in Xuzhou, 2 in Changzhou, 3 in Suzhou, 5 in Lianyungang, 1 in Huai'an, 1 in Yancheng, 5 in Yangzhou and 2 in Taizhou.

The expert evaluation report fed back by the China Bodybuilding Association pointed out that the scoring system was in line with the regulations, and the scoring statistical process and results were in line with the relevant provisions of the 2021 Bodybuilding Competition rules and Judgments Law.

Organizing Committee explained the appeal and arbitration procedures and requirements to the team leaders, coaches and athletes in the relevant meetings before the competition, and the athlete attended the meeting. The athlete had excessive behavior on the stage without the appeal procedure, and there was no "invalid appeal.
The meeting held that the athlete's behavior violated the spirit of sports, disrupted the order of the stadium, and caused adverse effects in society. The meeting decided to prohibit the athlete from participating in fitness and bodybuilding events organized by the Provincial Fitness and Bodybuilding Association within two years, and instructed the city fitness and bodybuilding association where the athlete is located to seriously criticize and educate him. The meeting pointed out that the competition style and discipline is the lifeline and high-voltage line for the development of fitness and bodybuilding projects. It is necessary to deeply learn lessons, speed up the improvement of system measures, standardize the behavior of event organizations, athletes, coaches, team leaders, referees, and spectators, and strive to promote fitness and bodybuilding.
