August 2nd is the 24th birthday of Indian athlete Elavenil Valarivan, and it is also her first birthday while participating in competitions abroad. On that day, Elavenil and her teammates won the runner up of the 10 meter air rifle mixed team. In addition to medals, she also received a panda keychain gift from the official FISU organizing committee. She was particularly excited and sincerely grateful to the young friends who sang her a happy birthday song after the award ceremony.

On July 29th, Elavenil Valarivan won a gold medal in the women's 10m air rifle event final at the Chengdu Universiade.
In Chengdu Dayun Village, people affectionately call her "Ella". To celebrate winning two medals, Ella plans to try out Chengdu cuisine that she had to avoid while preparing for the competition.
"I want to try the street snacks here, and I will go with our shooting team teammates," she said.
Coincidentally, July 31st, the 5th competition day of the Chengdu Universiade, coincides with the 22nd birthday of young journalist Miriam Selibel of the Chengdu Universiade. At 8:30 in the morning, Miriam and his companions arrived at the main media center of the Chengdu Universiade as usual, preparing to start a new day of work.
"I walked into the room, the lights were all off, and then everyone started singing 'Happy Birthday', as if dreaming," Miriam said pleasantly. "This was definitely the grandest birthday party I've ever had!"
Accompanied by the singing, she was greeted by an exquisite small crown, a ribbon with the words "Birthday Girl" written on it, and a box of cards filled with blessings Upon receiving the sudden birthday wish, Miriam smiled happily and kept saying thank you.
In an interview with the official media of the Chengdu Universiade, Miriam said that her birthday falls during the summer vacation and usually only a few family and friends spend it with her. The first birthday wish she received this year came from her friends who had met at the Chengdu Universiade, and she celebrated with so many friends from all over the world. She felt incredibly happy and happy.
