Seven or eight people came to report that they had contacted an acquaintance in June last year and said they could help them with early retirement. However, by April this year, this matter had not been completed and their money could not be recovered even after being handed over to that person. They couldn't contact this person anymore, so they suspected they had been scammed.
After receiving the alarm, the police immediately organized a special team to conduct an investigation and analysis.

So, through an acquaintance's introduction, the victim met a man who claimed to be able to handle various early retirement procedures. The other party quickly sent the fee standards for handling the procedures.
Wen Ciwen, a police officer from the Zhuankou Police Station of the Public Security Bureau of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, stated that the other party claims to apply for early retirement of 60000 yuan per person, pay medical insurance, social security fees of 40000 yuan per person, retire 30000 yuan per person from affiliated government agencies and institutions, increase work experience, and increase retirement benefits by 40000 yuan per person. It is estimated that each person will need to pay around 170000 yuan for these four projects.
Even though the other party requested a high fee, many people still paid the handling fee according to their request, attracted by the desire to enjoy retirement life as soon as possible.

He would tell the victim that your medical insurance and social security balance is insufficient and that you need to pay additional medical insurance and social security. There were about 60000 to 700000 yuan for the 10 victims, but the money he collected was not actually paid to the Medical Insurance and Social Security Bureau. Instead, he went to squander it all on his own.
After confirming the evidence of the suspect's fraud, the police immediately placed charges on the possible locations where he may have appeared. After more than ten days of squatting, the suspect was finally arrested in the residential area where he lived. After arriving at the case, the suspect truthfully confessed his criminal facts.
It is understood that the suspect used his help to handle so-called early retirement procedures, increase retirement benefits, and other businesses to defraud more than ten victims in less than a year, with a total amount of over 1.2 million yuan.
