Recently, Mr. Zhang from Luoyang, Henan Province, reported to the Pengpai Quality View Complaint Platform that he saw a part-time job message through his WeChat part-time job group, claiming that he earned over 200 yuan per day by liking the store and ranking the anchor, and paid a single amount without any arrears. However, after "ranking" on the platform, he not only did not receive his salary, but also transferred 39688 yuan to the other party's account under the pretext of "completing two orders before returning commission" and "making a repair order due to operational errors". He later realized that he had encountered fraud.

The reporter from Pengpai News contacted the transfer companies through the transfer screenshots provided by Mr. Zhang, but the companies involved all stated that they had transferred and their legal representatives had changed, and they were not familiar with the fraud. The other party also stated that there have been phone calls from police officers from multiple police stations across the country, and they have cooperated with the police to submit relevant materials.

At present, Mr. Zhang has reported to the police and hopes to recover his losses.

Encountering fraud in "brushing rankings" for anchors

Mr. Zhang introduced that on June 12th, he saw a part-time poster in a WeChat part-time group, which showed that the job content was to give likes and follow to internet celebrities, anchors, and stores; And emphasize: mobile operation, simple and easy to understand, without any cost. The working salary is 3-80 yuan per order, with a daily average of over 200 yuan, paid on a single basis without any arrears.

"I think the phenomenon of buying likes online is very common, and the salary is also considerable." Mr. Zhang downloaded a mobile application called "APP" by scanning the QR code on the poster. "After registering an account, you can see the tasks posted in the APP, and there seem to be many people in the group chat, so I think it is quite trustworthy."

The "ranking brushing" task released by the involved platform is referred to as high commission.

The screenshot provided by Mr. Zhang shows that there are already 19080 people in the "Task Hall" group chat of the software. The "Task" will be published in the group, such as "* * Store Follow". As long as you search for a specific store to follow, and then send the screenshot to the group, you can receive a bonus of 3-15 yuan.

"Through these tasks, I gradually earned over 400 yuan in a day, which makes me even more vigilant." Mr. Zhang said that on June 12th, an urgent task was posted in the "High Reward Notification Group" of the software, stating that "the ranking anchor urgently needs to launch a limited time promotion welfare ranking task, with a ranking amount of 12888 yuan and a salary of 40%." He emphasized that "this task is to collect one profit order, settle the full payment after completing the task, and an additional reward of 108-1888 yuan in random cash red envelopes.".

Due to the considerable remuneration, Mr. Zhang immediately requested to collect tasks from the "assistant" according to the notification. Subsequently, a brushing instructor contacted him. Mr. Zhang said that the whole process was arranged by the instructor. In fact, he did not understand the so-called "ranking". "She asked me to click on the" ranking "column in the software to see the live broadcast list, so that I could click on the Kwai live broadcast, and I would click on the Kwai live broadcast, and then specify which anchor I would like to brush, and I would brush money from which anchor".

Afterwards, according to Mr. Zhang's introduction, he first processed an order with a ranking amount of 1888 yuan, but his supervisor told him that he had to complete two orders before he could receive a commission. The next afternoon, Mr. Zhang followed his request to "brush the rankings" with the anchor for 12800 yuan.

"I thought I would receive the money after completing this task, but she said I made a mistake. If I wanted to collect the payment, I would need to do a repair order and pay an additional 49800 yuan." As I didn't have so much money on hand, Mr. Zhang asked for help and was introduced to a "fund specialist" on the platform. "She asked me to download micro loans, An Yi Hua, installment loans, and Pai Pai loans, but I couldn't borrow any money.".

Subsequently, the supervisor stated that they had applied for a fund from the company, which could be reduced by half. Mr. Zhang needed to find a solution for the remaining 25000 yuan. So on June 17th and 21st, Mr. Zhang transferred 15000 yuan and 10000 yuan to two bank account holders, Hubei Huamo Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Fengsheng Grain and Oil Co., Ltd., respectively.

Mr. Zhang told Pengpai News that due to the large number of people in the task group, he felt that the credibility was relatively high, so he did not doubt the transfer. It was not until the 21st when 10000 yuan was transferred that his mentor once again called him "operational error". If he wanted to recover the previous funds, he would have to spend 100000 yuan on modeling, and said, "This modeling is already the minimum amount, and the key is to be able to receive 100% of the payment, including profits.". This made him start to doubt, "If you make a mistake on a task, it's impossible to make a mistake all the time! I suspect you've been scammed.". At this point, Mr. Zhang has cumulatively paid 39688 yuan.

The involved company claims that the company has been transferred, and the police intervene in the investigation

According to the poster screenshot provided by Mr. Zhang, the reporter from Pengpai News is unable to download the software by scanning the QR code on it.

On July 11th, a reporter from Pengpai News called the payees of Mr. Zhang's transfer, Hubei Huamo Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Fengsheng Grain and Oil Co., Ltd., based on publicly available online phone numbers. They were informed that the company had previously been transferred and the legal representative had also changed.

The former legal representative of Hubei Huamo Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. told Pengpai News that the company had already been transferred on May 18th. "Recently, several police officers from the police station have called me, and it is estimated that some enterprise information registration platforms have not been updated. The legal representative of the enterprise is still my phone number, but this company has nothing to do with me. I have also provided proof materials to the police. Currently, I only know that the police are still investigating this matter."

The response from the former legal representative of Liaoning Fengsheng Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. is also basically the same. He stated that the company was transferred in mid to late June, and soon received calls from police officers from various places across the country, such as Sichuan and Liaoning, claiming that the company is suspected of fraud. He has cooperated with the police to provide relevant proof materials and is completely unaware of the company's involvement in fraud.

At present, Mr. Zhang has reported the case to the local police station, hoping to recover his losses.
