Yang Liwei revealed that China is currently developing a new generation of spacecraft, which is expected to fly from 2027 to 2028. "Now our spacecraft has the carrying capacity of three people, which can send three astronauts into space and return to the ground. In the future, the new generation of spacecraft will have the transportation capacity to carry 4 to 7 astronauts. Moreover, in the future, manned moon landings will also use the new generation of spacecraft to construct our space station and deep space exploration." He said that recently, the return module of the new generation of spacecraft has been tested successfully.
