On the afternoon of July 30th, the website of the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision simultaneously released two pieces of information about officials being arrested, and two officials from the disciplinary inspection system were investigated and dealt with.
Chen Juan, member of the Standing Committee of the Haizhu District Committee and Secretary of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection in Guangzhou, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Guangdong Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
According to the public data, Chen Juan, female, Han nationality, was born in December 1972 in Yongxiu, Jiangxi Province, with an on-the-job postgraduate degree, started work in July 1995, and joined the CPC in March 2000.
Chen Juan has served as the Deputy Director of the Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Leader of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Key Project Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection in the City, the Leader of the Discipline Inspection Group of the Education Bureau in the City, a member of the Standing Committee of the Huangpu District Committee, the Secretary of the District Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Director of the District Supervision Committee. Yin Zesheng, former member of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Shenzhen Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
According to the public data, Yin Zesheng, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1961 in Haifeng, Guangdong Province. He has an on-the-job university degree, started working in August 1977, and joined the CPC in February 1982.
Yin Zesheng has served as the Director of Case Investigation Department 1 and Case Investigation Department 3 of the Shenzhen Supervision Bureau, as well as a member of the Party Working Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee, and Director of the Supervision Commissioner's Office of the Shenzhen Shantou Special Cooperation Zone. Retired in March 2021.
