According to the picture, recently, Zhang Shaojun, former deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Administration of Giant Panda National Park, was suspected of accepting bribes. The case has been designated by the Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate for jurisdiction, and the Chengdu Railway Transport Branch of the Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Chengdu Railway Transport Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law.
During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organs informed the defendant Zhang Shaojun of his litigation rights in accordance with the law, interrogated the defendant in accordance with the law, and listened to the opinions of the defense counsel. The Chengdu Railway Transport Branch of the Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate has filed a lawsuit accusing the defendant Zhang Shaojun of illegally accepting property from others in areas such as power facility construction and engineering contracting through the actions of other state officials, taking advantage of his position or the convenience conditions formed by his own authority and position, and illegally accepting a huge amount of money. He should be held criminally responsible for the crime of bribery in accordance with the law.

In order to better protect giant pandas, the State established the Giant Panda National Park Management Bureau on October 29, 2018, which includes three provincial management bureaus: Sichuan, Shaanxi, and Gansu. The Sichuan Provincial Management Bureau of the Giant Panda National Park is established based on the Sichuan Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau, under the dual leadership of the National Forestry and Grassland Bureau and the provincial government. It is mainly managed by the provincial government and has seven management sub bureaus, including Chengdu, Mianyang, Ya'an, Guangyuan, Aba, Deyang, and Meishan, which rely on natural conservation institutions in the region.
From July 2019 to December 2022, Zhang Shaojun served as the full-time deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Management Bureau of the Giant Panda National Park. Before taking over this position, he served as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Office of the Construction Leading Group of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, Deputy Director of the Office of the Management Committee of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, and even earlier as Deputy Director of the Sichuan Provincial Energy Bureau.

After investigation, Zhang Shaojun lost his ideals and beliefs, had a weak sense of discipline and law, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and deliberately opposed organizational censorship; Violating organizational principles, concealing or not reporting personal matters, and seeking benefits for others in employee recruitment work; "Pro" and "clear" are not distinguished, and when interacting with business owners, crossing boundaries and borrowing huge amounts of money from management service recipients, the fees that should be paid by individuals are paid by others; Willing to be hunted, using the convenience of one's own power or position to act as a matchmaker and bridge for unscrupulous merchants, mediating for profit, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.
Liu Hongbao, former director of the Sichuan Provincial Management Bureau of the Giant Panda National Park, who previously worked with Zhang Shaojun, was reported on June 15, 2023 as suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation.
