According to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at Agricultural Bank of China and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Hexi District, Tianjin, recently, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at Agricultural Bank of China and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Hexi District, Tianjin conducted a disciplinary review and supervision investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Zhang Xuelu, the former deputy inspector of the Remote Banking Center of Agricultural Bank of China.
After investigation, it was found that Zhang Xuelu mainly had the following problems:
As a leading cadre of Party members, I have lost my ideals and beliefs, abandoned my original aspirations and missions, disregarded Party discipline and national laws, and am disloyal and dishonest to the Party. I have deliberately opposed organizational scrutiny;
Violating the spirit of the eight point regulations of the central government, accepting gifts, gifts, and consumption cards that may affect the fair performance of official duties for a long time, borrowing money and vehicles from management and service objects, accepting tourism arrangements that may affect the fair performance of official duties, using labor services in violation of regulations without compensation, entrusting expenses that should have been paid by individuals to others, using public cars for personal use, and maintaining private cars for public use;

The notice pointed out that Zhang Xuelu seriously violated the political discipline of the Party, the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulations, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, constituting a violation of duty and suspected of corruption and bribery crimes. He did not restrain himself after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and did not stop after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. His nature was serious and the impact was bad, and he should be dealt with seriously.
In accordance with the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment of Public Officials and other relevant provisions, the Party Committee of the Agricultural Bank of China has studied and decided to expel Zhang Xuelu from the Party, cancel his retirement benefits according to the regulations and procedures, and confiscate his disciplinary income; After research by the Hexi District Supervision Commission of Tianjin, it has been decided to transfer the suspected criminal issue to the procuratorial organs for legal review and prosecution, and the involved property will be transferred together.
Zhang Xuelu was investigated in April this year.
