According to the Qichacha APP, recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Shibei District, Qingdao received a complaint that the He Guang Tong Chen convenience store is suspected of selling whiskey produced in Japan's nuclear radiation areas. The manufacturer is located in Tokyo, Japan, and the outer packaging of the bottle does not have a Chinese label, which may be a smuggled product. After investigation, it was found that the imported Whiskey in the business premises of the parties involved was priced at 1780 yuan/bottle, and the imported Baizhou Whiskey was priced at 3100 yuan/bottle. No Chinese labels were found on either of the aforementioned bottles of whiskey. Law enforcement officers detained the above-mentioned products and issued a "Decision on Implementing Administrative Compulsory Measures" and a "Notice on Providing Materials within a Time Limit" to the parties involved. On the same day, they filed an investigation into the suspected operation of imported food without Chinese labels by the parties involved. According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the involved store was fined 33672 yuan.
