"Dingdong", a push message with the words "recruitment information" popped up on the enterprise WeChat of Li Juan, a 2023 master's student from Beijing Forestry University. "This is the recruitment information promoted by the school's' Employment+'platform." She said, "I have received 27 information push notifications in the past month, and there is one every day recently."
The "Employment+" platform is a digital employment platform created by Beijing Forestry University based on the concept of comprehensive, systematic, and personalized career education. The platform has launched functional modules such as "Activity Management", "Procedure Handling", "Where Are Alumni Going", "Career Evaluation", "Appointment Consultation", and "Resume Template", achieving a "one-stop service" for graduates from career consultation, job search, resume submission to online signing. We strive to provide high-quality employment guidance services to students and help college graduates find higher quality and more full employment.
During this year's spring recruitment, Li Juan, who failed the "civil service exam", fell into confusion and anxiety, facing the dual pressure of graduation and job seeking. She made an appointment for career counseling services on the "Employment+" platform. The result delighted her: during the consultation, the studio's mentor not only utilized the career assessment system of the "Employment+" platform to help her complete a "career portrait" based on dimensions such as interests, personality traits, career cognition, and personal development, outlining a career development direction, but also carefully selected suitable resume templates from the "Employment+" platform's resume database, tailoring a brand new job application resume for her.
After receiving the employment notice from China Construction First Engineering Bureau, she contacted a senior brother working in the unit through the "Alumni Where to Go" section of the "Employment+" platform, answered her employment confusion, and gave her targeted suggestions to improve her professional abilities.
"Not only does the 'Employment+' platform provide career guidance and planning, high-quality and rich employment information, and precise delivery of job search information, but it also enables employment procedures to be completed 'in one go'!" According to Zuo Yingbo, a teacher at the Employment Service Center of Beijing Forestry University, the 'Employment+' platform enables online processing of employment procedures such as obtaining employment materials such as tripartite agreements and employment recommendation forms, filling out graduation destinations, and signing contracts online. Students can track the progress of employment procedures in real time, complete employment procedures in one stop, and complete the entire process online and self-service.
"Online application - remote review - self-service stamping, graduates can also enjoy 24-hour self-service signing service. When students need to handle various employment procedures and materials stamping business, they can submit a stamping application online, and after review, they can achieve 24-hour self-service stamping through self-service devices, without worrying about wasting a trip." Zuo Yingbo showed us the "Intelligent Printing" self-service stamping terminal launched by the school in early 2022: "After students complete the signing, we will update the graduate electronic ledger on the" Employment+"platform as soon as possible, dynamically tracking the progress of graduates' employment is the guarantee and prerequisite for the school to accurately carry out employment guidance and services."
As of now, the employment service centers at both the university and college levels of Beijing Forestry University have accurately pushed more than 310000 pieces of information to 2023 graduates through the "Employment+" platform. The signing data of graduates upon leaving the university has increased by 10.02% year-on-year.
