"Hot search" greatly increases the difficulty of rescue
A Long, a volunteer who participated in the rescue, is the founder of the official account of "A Long's Adventures". He has successively helped to rescue more than 200 cheated compatriots and helped them return home successfully. He also participated in the behind the scenes production of the movie "All for One", and was acknowledged by the film at the end. The more than ten victims interviewed at the end of the film were all rescued and returned home through his coordination.
In the face of the media, Ah Long has repeatedly expressed that he does not want to receive too much attention, especially in the process of participating in rescue assistance. Behind the "hot search" and high attention, it will actually make rescue "exceptionally difficult".
Firstly, not everyone's request for help can be saved. As is well known, various forces such as the Myanmar government army, People's Defense Army, and ethnic local armed forces are entrenched, and the local political situation is turbulent and dangerous. In Myanmar and even Southeast Asian countries, fraud has formed a complete industrial chain, with upstream companies selling customer information and snake heads, midstream fraud companies, and downstream water houses. Fraudulent companies usually have a cooperative relationship with local armed forces, with the military acting as the company's umbrella and using the dividends of fraudulent companies as a source of military expenses. For example, the military sells land to investors, who develop buildings, and the military holds shares to distribute dividends. Investors recruit fraudulent companies to settle in, and sometimes fraudulent companies also recruit agent companies. The fraudulent companies sell houses and equipment, and the agent companies recruit personnel to operate. Some military forces in northern Myanmar even participate in the construction of fraudulent parks themselves. The local armed forces in northern Myanmar are not under the jurisdiction of the Burmese government army and are highly autonomous, somewhat like a "national China".
Warlords are different, armed forces are different, and industrial parks are also different. There are both formal industrial parks and black industrial parks. Communication and negotiation with formal industrial parks are relatively simple. Originally, it could have been done in a day or two. However, in the doctor's rescue work this time, due to excessive media attention, it has increased the difficulty of communication and coordination for A Long's rescue. "We talked for six or seven days. More than 90% of those who go to Myanmar voluntarily illegally cross the border
In Myanmar, over 100000 people gather in fraud parks every day to commit telecommunications fraud, but there are not as many people seeking help. Behind the truth lies a hard to accept reality - the vast majority of people who illegally cross Myanmar are actually voluntary. In China, those who have a passport are not allowed to enter northern Myanmar from Yunnan. They have to pass through three or four border checkpoints. Not avoiding border checkpoints is illegal immigration, and they must climb mountains. Places that are not allowed by the country, and behind so many people taking risks, there is a desire for profit. Many people who illegally immigrate to Myanmar come from impoverished families and cannot even afford the travel expenses, which are advanced by the agent company under the fraud company. In fact, many people who have been "deceived" into Myanmar are aware of their intention to engage in fraudulent work before going there, and they believe that they are trying to make money. Except for minors and a few who were actually scammed, over 90% of people who illegally immigrate to Myanmar know they want to commit fraud. Many people who seek help from the outside world have been eliminated due to their inability to adapt to work, and have lost value to fraudulent companies before being sold.
The commonly referred to "ransom" during the rescue process can also be divided into two situations. One type is "compensation fee", which refers to the total cost invested by individuals in fraudulent parks, including travel expenses, accommodation expenses, catering expenses, entertainment expenses, etc., ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands. At the beginning, people who come to the park will be entertained with delicious food and drinks, experiencing things that cannot be experienced in China, and enjoying the feeling of having money is really good. Then they will be "brainwashed", just like those in the film who "want to succeed, go crazy first, rush to the money regardless of everything", "fight once, get rich three generations, and work hard to avoid failure", "sleep on the floor today, and become the boss tomorrow", they will be "brainwashed" to work hard, so that people can automatically and excitedly put into work. There are also fraudulent park companies that have offered compensation of four to five hundred thousand and five to six hundred thousand yuan, which exceeds the advance payment by a lot. That kind of compensation is considered "ransom".
And it is true that giving over 100000 yuan did not save people. One is encountering a scammer, whose money was cheated by a middleman; The second is encountering a black company, which eats up the money and then resells people. At present, many family members do not easily take money directly and will rely on police assistance to carry out rescue work.
After being deceived, one needs to start from the "heart"
"What really needs to be paid attention to is not these people who go to northern Myanmar. The most pitiful are still those who have been cheated out of money. Some people suffer from depression and live in endless self blame all day long. Some people end up with a mental breakdown and their lifetime savings are scammed out in just a few minutes..."
Victims returning from northern Myanmar will be punished based on the investigation results and their actual sentencing. At present, in addition to the victims of telecom fraud in northern Myanmar, various forms of fraud are also emerging in society, with numerous victims. How to prevent fraud psychologically? Cao Liping introduced that after experiencing the pain of being deceived, ordinary people often need time to heal their injured souls.
