Entering Uncle Xu's home in Customs Village, one can see a well arranged and clean courtyard, with vegetable gardens and flower beds complementing each other, and potted landscapes embellishing them. The well arranged scenery reflects the owner's ingenious design. Mr. and Mrs. Xu sat leisurely in the small courtyard, with a cattail fan and a lounge chair. The fan brought a gentle cool breeze, although their white hair was already gray, it was warm and beautiful.
Mr. Xu's family is a big family with four generations living together. During the day, the children go out to work, and in the evening, the whole family sits around the Eight Immortals table, tasting the vegetables harvested in their own garden, admiring the beautiful scenery of the courtyard, laughing and laughing happily. The villagers actively claim flower seeds from the village committee and plant them in the open space around their homes, treating the village as their own home to decorate. Entering the current customs village, you can see small flowers of various colors such as purple, yellow, and red blooming everywhere, forming a colorful sea of flowers. Strolling on the rural path, the air is mixed with the refreshing scent of soil and flowers, especially fresh, which makes passersby stop here one after another. More villagers have utilized their intelligence and talents to create various flower pots and plant green plants with idle items. This not only beautifies the courtyard environment, but also stimulates green environmental awareness. Villagers use their hearts and emotions to beautify their own space.
Clear water, green banks, smooth rivers, and beautiful scenery
The river network in Customs Village is dense, and water is the biggest feature of Customs Village. The creation of beautiful rural areas is inseparable from the governance of water environment. Under the guidance of the village committee, villagers have gradually removed the ground cages, fishing nets and other facilities in the river channel, cleaned up the piles and garbage on the riverbank, and transformed the appearance, which is pleasing to the eye. Not only has the environment around the river improved, but the villagers have also gained a full sense of achievement.
