They have fully borrowed and learned from relevant experiences in venue construction, exhibition ideas, and operation models, striving to build the World Bridge Museum into a showcase of world-class bridge construction achievements and a place for science popularization and research, and to promote learning to do a good job in bridge construction.
At the same time, the Provincial Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Provincial Museum and other departments, has organized multiple seminars with experts in bridge, tourism, exhibition and other fields, and jointly studied exhibition and display plans with professional institutions such as Shanghai Art and Design Center and Beijing Qingshang Group. At present, the overall exhibition plan and site selection plan for the World Bridge Museum have been completed.
Looking around, there are 49 out of the top 100 high bridges in the world, 4 out of the top 10 in our province, and 4 out of the 9 bridges that have won the Gustav Award nationwide are located in Guizhou. The relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Transportation believes that the grandeur of Guizhou Wanqiao Feijia has unique advantages for tourism development in our province, and the shock, uniqueness, romance, and challenges brought by the bridge tourism integration project are also a huge "bonus" for the layout of local boutique tourism routes.

To this end, the Provincial Department of Transportation has focused on its main responsibilities and initiated the preparation of the work plan for the bridge tourism integration project. Based on the demonstration and guidance of the Baling River Bridge and Pingtang Bridge, it strives to build the world's tallest bridge - the Huajiang Canyon Bridge - into a new tourism landmark for bridge tourism integration. In the future, it will cover diverse functions such as cultural tourism, sightseeing, research and consumption, and gradually promote the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou bridge tourism integration from version 1.0 to version 3.0.
