Recently, there have been personnel changes in the chairman or president of both national and local small and medium-sized banks.
The first official announcement was made by Ping An Bank. On June 8th, Ping An Bank held a board meeting to approve the appointment of Ji Guangheng as the President of Ping An Bank, and nominated him as a candidate for Executive Director of Ping An Bank. An extraordinary shareholders meeting will also be held to review the proposal for Executive Director. Hu Yuefei resigned from his position as Executive Director, Member of the Strategic Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board of Directors, and President of Ping An Bank due to his age. According to the announcement, Hu Yuefei will continue to fulfill his duties as president until the qualification for the position of president of Ji Guangheng is approved.
On the evening of June 12th, Jiangyin Bank announced that Sun Wei had resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman, Chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, and member of the Three Rural Financial Services Committee due to a job transfer.

He has served as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank, Vice President of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Headquarters, and Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Beijing Branch. After joining Ping An, he served as the Chairman of Lujinsuo Holdings, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy General Manager of Ping An Group. This month, the appointment qualification of Guo Hao, the new chairman of Zhongyuan Bank, has also been approved by regulatory authorities. According to the data, Guo Hao was born in June 1974 and was previously the mayor of Hebi City, Henan Province. Since October 2008, Guo Hao has served as the Deputy Director and Party Committee Member of Henan Rural Credit Cooperatives Federation, Deputy Director and Party Group Member of the Financial Services Office of the People's Government of Henan Province, Deputy Secretary General of the People's Government of Henan Province, Party Group Member of the Office of the People's Government of Henan Province, and Director and Party Group Secretary of the Research Office of the People's Government of Henan Province.
