According to public information, Gong Quanzhen, female, Han ethnicity, born in December 1923 in Yantai, Shandong, is a member of the Communist Party of China and graduated from the Department of Education of Northwest University. Mrs. Gan Zuchang, founding general, and former principal of Nanpi Primary School in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province.
In August 1957, Gong Quanzhen returned to his hometown of Lianhua County, Jiangxi Province with Gan Zuchang to work as a rural teacher. After retiring, he also provided poverty alleviation and education assistance, and established the "Gong Quanzhen Studio" to serve the community and the masses. He has written a documentary work titled "Me and My Wife Gan Zuchang".
In September 2013, Gong Quanzhen was awarded the fourth National Moral Model title. In February 2014, he was awarded the "Touching China" Top 10 Figures of 2013; In October of the same year, he was awarded the title of National Excellent Communist Party Member. In 2016, Gong Quanzhen was elected as the first "Top Ten Education Figures Touching Jiangxi" in Jiangxi Province; In December, Gong Quanzhen's family was recognized as the first National Civilized Family. In November 2017, Gong Quanzhen was awarded the National exemplary individual Award for Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors.
