Through symposiums, roundtable meetings, and other forms, they have further opened up channels for government enterprise communication and responded to the concerns of enterprises. By implementing a normalized institutional arrangement of asking for needs and planning for enterprises, we will effectively enhance the scientific, normative, and collaborative nature of policies related to enterprises, create a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable environment for various business entities to invest and develop. This will enable state-owned enterprises to dare to act, private enterprises to dare to venture, and foreign enterprises to dare to invest, and promote the stable and far-reaching development of the Chinese economy on the track of high-quality development.
On July 3rd, Zheng Zhajie, Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, presided over a symposium for private entrepreneurs and had in-depth discussions and exchanges with leaders of five private enterprises. The State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has established a roundtable communication and exchange mechanism for the economic operation of state-owned enterprises, regularly organizing discussions and exchanges related to central and local state-owned enterprises, and held the first roundtable meeting on July 5th. The Ministry of Commerce, relying on the coordination service mechanism for foreign trade and foreign investment, has upgraded and established a roundtable conference system for foreign-funded enterprises on the basis of the existing normalized exchange mechanism. At the roundtable meeting of foreign-funded enterprises held on July 5th, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao stated that regular meetings will be held to further expand channels for collecting issues and listening to suggestions, timely respond to and address the concerns of enterprises, and help foreign-funded enterprises achieve long-term stable development in China. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has established a regular communication and exchange mechanism with manufacturing enterprises. On July 6th, Minister of Industry and Information Technology Jin Zhuanglong presided over a manufacturing enterprise symposium, where in-depth discussions and exchanges were held on promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and promoting stable operation of the industry.
Asking needs to know the temperature in the enterprise. Since the beginning of this year, the triple pressures of demand contraction, supply shock, and weakened expectations have been alleviated, and economic development has shown a positive trend of recovery.
