Subsequently, the adopted daughter of the deceased, 92 year old Zhao Chongjuan, completed the signing with her son, marking a successful end to the inheritance case that lasted for more than 10 days.

During the collection process, a group of staff found that the house of the expropriated household Dai Erhai was still there, but all three of them had passed away and their heirs could not be found.
A staff member of the Wangjiayan Village Collection Work Group in Puyang New Village told reporters that Dai Erhai passed away in the 1970s, and his son Dai Huagen passed away due to illness. Zhao Xinghua also passed away in 1991.
So on June 16th, a public newspaper was published in Zhuji Daily to search for the heirs of Dai Erhai's family's estate.
Because Dai Erhai's family passed away for a long time, and at that time, the informant was either old or had already passed away, which brought great difficulty to the certification work.
"I won't let go of every villager who comes to the work group, asking them for information and trying to find some clues as much as possible," Huang Feng said.
After completing the identification work on the relevant certificates provided by the applicant, the expropriation working group, based on the premise of respecting the deceased, respecting history, and maintaining harmony and stability, formed a preliminary agreement on the expropriation compensation distribution of the houses under Dai Erhai's name.
On the afternoon of June 27th, representatives from the five parties involved in the allocation gathered together for discussion, and a final agreement was reached one hour later.
"Everyone agrees with this allocation plan and feels very comfortable. We will also fulfill it according to the agreement." After the representative of Dai Erhai's family pressed their fingerprints on the agreement, they also extended an invitation to the representative of Zhao Xinghua's family, hoping that everyone will move around more in the future.

Previously, it was reported that on June 16th, a public notice released by local media in Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, searching for an heir, made many people worried. The notice stated that the house under Dai Erhai's name in Wangjiayan Natural Village, Puyang New Village, Jiyang Street, has been included in the collection area of the "Three Improvements" special action in Zhuji City in 2023. One of the expropriated households, due to the death of all three of them, was unable to find the information of their heir through the collection work group's inquiries with the village organization and relevant units. Therefore, the relevant rights holder can only be publicly searched.
On May 10th of this year, in order to implement the construction of a new industrial platform for intelligent vision in the development zone, the People's Government of Zhuji City issued a decision on the expropriation of houses on state-owned land within the development zone, including Wangjiayan Natural Village in Puyang New Village.
According to the decision, the implementation period for the expropriation of Wangjiayan Natural Village is from May 10, 2023 to December 31, 2023; If the expropriated person completes the signing of the contract before June 30, 2023 and completes the relocation before July 15, 2023, a reward for signing the relocation will be given.
According to the compensation standards for this expropriation, this old house before the establishment of the People's Republic of China can be compensated with over 1 million yuan.
