In the early morning of August 3, with the full organization and joint efforts of China National Railway Corporation, local government and armed police forces, all passengers of K396, K1178 and Z180 trains blocked by rainstorm were evacuated.
At 5:30 am on August 2nd, the first batch of stranded passengers on the Fengsha Line arrived at Xiehejian Station. The railway department launched temporary trains and organized more than 300 passengers stranded on the Fengsha Line due to water damage to board and return to Beijing Fengtai Station.

At 8:32 am on August 2nd, the first batch of passengers to arrive at Fengtai Station were train K396 passengers. The railway department opens up a dedicated green channel for arriving passengers, organizes dedicated personnel to pick them up, and arranges for passenger evacuation through subway, taxi, and other means.
Li Yi, the first passenger of K396 for safe transportation, said, "Many people have done a lot for us, and we remember it very clearly. It's really touching! This morning, rescue personnel took us out of it, and a train took us out. Thank you very much to them."

During the transportation process, the railway department organized more than 260 volunteers to carry daily necessities on foot to the temporary resettlement site for supply.
On the morning of August 2nd, 30 employees from Beijing West Railway Depot formed a material rescue assault team, each carrying 30 kilograms of food materials and walking for more than 4 hours, to deliver rescue supplies such as drinking water and instant noodles to stranded Z180 train passengers and Anjiazhuang station staff.

At 12:38 on August 2nd, the second batch of stranded passengers on the Fengsha Line arrived at Xiehejian Station and Sanjiadian Station. The railway department has once again launched a temporary train, organizing nearly 500 K396 passengers to take the train back to Fengtai Station in Beijing.
At the same time, the railway department dispatched 1880 personnel to form two teams that fought overnight to repair the severely damaged Fengsha Line. On August 2nd, the Fengsha Line's line from Jiuzhuangwo to Yanhecheng Station was quickly connected.

At 12:40, a rescue train was launched to safely transfer all passengers and crew members of the K1178 train that were obstructed from Yanhecheng Station to Zhangjiakou Station, and then transfer to the Beijing Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway to return to Beijing North Station.
During the transfer of passengers on train K1178, the railway department dispatched an additional 32 on duty personnel to provide sufficient food and water for the passengers, and made every effort to provide service support.

The rescue train arrived near Jiuzhuangwo Station, and passengers of K1178 train saw the newly opened line and the rescue personnel beside the line, waving their hands through the window and showing a joyful smile on their faces.
Yang Haiying, a passenger of K1178 train who was safely transferred, said, "Thank you to the K1178 train attendants for bringing us out safely! Thank you very much to the railway workers for working hard to clear the line and bring us out safely!"

At about 17:30 on August 2, the last group of more than 200 passengers of train Z180 who were stranded in Anjiazhuang Station due to rainstorm, with the assistance of railway staff and armed police soldiers, arrived at the boarding point after walking 5 kilometers. Among the passengers transferred in this batch, there are 5 key passengers, all of whom are safely transported by armed police soldiers using stretchers.
At 2:10 on August 3rd, with the full organization and joint efforts of China Railway Group, local governments, and the People's Armed Police Force, the last batch of stranded passengers at Anjiazhuang Station and Luopoling Station successfully arrived at Beijing Fengtai Station by transfer buses. At this point, all stranded passengers have been safely evacuated.
