At around 20:40 on June 21, 2023, a gas explosion occurred at Fuyang Barbecue in Yinchuan City, Ningxia, causing casualties.The National Health Commission quickly dispatched a national emergency medical rescue team to carry out the treatment of the injured. At the same time, the responsible comrades of the Medical Emergency Department led national level burn and critical care experts to Yinchuan to strengthen the national medical expert force.
After the accident, the Health Commission of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Yinchuan City immediately dispatched 120 emergency vehicles and medical personnel to the scene to rescue and transport the injured. The National Emergency Medical Rescue Team, located at the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, established an expert team to carry out the rescue work for the injured. As of now, this accident has treated 7 injured people, including 1 severely injured, 2 moderately injured, 3 mildly injured, and 1 person with a glass puncture injury. After emergency treatment, they returned home. The injured were all admitted to the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, with stable injuries and no life-threatening conditions.
