Ma Qingsheng undergoes disciplinary review and supervisory investigation
According to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Ma Qingsheng, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Agricultural Bank of China Jiangxi Branch, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Agricultural Bank of China, as well as investigation by the Hulunbuir City Supervision Commission in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
There are relatively few public reports on Ma Qingsheng, and his last public appearance should have been in November 2021 when he went to Zhongda Group for inspection and guidance.
It is worth noting that Ma Qingsheng's identity is the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. On August 23rd, according to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, six department level cadres who are currently or have previously worked in the disciplinary inspection and supervision system were investigated. They are Luo Jun, former Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Xuchang City, Henan Province, Shen Bin, former Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Wu Jie, former Deputy Leader of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee Inspection Group, Su Quangui, Leader of the Second Inspection Group of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, He Xi, former First level Inspector of the Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau of Hebei Province, and Jia Muquan, Leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Shanxi Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs.
Previously, multiple people from Agricultural Bank of China have been investigated.
On July 18th, Zhang Xuelu, former deputy inspector of the Agricultural Bank of China's Remote Banking Center, was expelled from the party. After investigation, it was found that Zhang Xuelu, as a leading cadre of the Communist Party of China, lost his ideals and beliefs, abandoned his original mission, lacked party discipline and national laws, was disloyal and dishonest to the Party, and deliberately opposed organizational scrutiny; Violating the spirit of the eight point regulations of the central government, accepting gifts, gifts, and consumption cards that may affect the fair performance of official duties for a long time, borrowing money and vehicles from management and service objects, accepting tourism arrangements that may affect the fair performance of official duties, using labor services in violation of regulations without compensation, entrusting expenses that should have been paid by individuals to others, using public cars for personal use, and maintaining private cars for public use; Violating regulations in employee recruitment and job adjustments to seek benefits for others; Violating regulations to seek benefits for specific stakeholders in procurement; Falsify, deceive the upper and lower levels, and harm the interests of the masses; Intervention and interference in market economic activities, failure or incorrect performance of duties, resulting in significant losses; Serious violation of social morality and family virtues. Utilize the convenience of one's position to falsely claim or embezzle public funds; Deeply colluding with suppliers, taking risks inside and outside, providing assistance to others in centralized procurement, employee recruitment, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.
On May 18th, Yang Zhigang, former Party Secretary and General Manager of the Yunnan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, accepted a supervisory investigation.
On May 15th, Lv Xiaodong, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, was subjected to investigation and review.
On May 11th, Yang Guang, the chief expert of Agricultural Bank of China, was expelled from the party and public office for serious violations of discipline and law.
On April 18th, Lu Junbo, a senior expert at the Jilin Provincial Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, was under review and investigation.
On April 7th, Shen Rui, former member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Yunnan Provincial Branch of Agricultural Bank of China, accepted the review and investigation.
