In Hubei, Unit 1 of Xiangyang Yicheng Thermal Power Plant has successfully passed 168 hours of full load trial operation. After the project is fully put into operation, the annual power generation exceeds 9 billion kilowatt hours. It will vigorously optimize power grid scheduling and play a stabilizing and ballast role in the power supply of the northwest region of Hubei.
Zhu Ming, Executive Director of Hubei Energy Xiangyang Yicheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. of Three Gorges Group: Currently, Unit 1 has the ability to continuously generate electricity at full load, and more than 100 production and operation personnel have been on duty. The company has reserved over 200000 tons of coal in advance to ensure peak output and power generation during the critical moment of peak summer power supply.
In Xinjiang, the Tarim Oilfield, the source of the West East Gas Pipeline, is accelerating its pace of increasing reserves and production. 24 oil wells with a daily production capacity of 100 tons have been continuously drilled in the Fuman oil area located in the hinterland of the desert. At the same time, fine tapping measures have been taken to restore the production capacity of 10 low production and inefficient wells.
