The restoration and reconstruction work in Hebei Province is intensifying. In Sanpo Town, Laishui County, which has been severely affected by the disaster, 8 primary schools have been affected to varying degrees. Currently, the safety assessment of the dredging and teaching buildings on campus is being carried out simultaneously, striving to ensure that most schools can start as scheduled. In this flood disaster, over 200 villages in Zhuozhou, Baoding were affected by the flood. In order to accelerate the speed of post disaster recovery and reconstruction, Baoding City organized 14 counties and districts to support the affected villages and towns in Zhuozhou.
The production and living order in the disaster stricken areas of Beijing has been further restored. In Fangshan District, all 19 urban sewage treatment plants previously affected by floods have resumed emergency operations after emergency repairs.
The flood discharge work in Tianjin continues. The water level of the Daqing River slowly fluctuates and falls back, and the discharge flow of the Yongding River continues to decrease, entering the final stage of water withdrawal. Tianjin lifted the red flood warning for the Yongding River today. Previously affected by floods, some of the people who were resettled have returned to the village one after another. As of 24:00 on August 13th, Tianjin has transferred and resettled more than 86000 people, of which more than 33000 have returned home.
Today, the General Administration of Flood Control of China has adjusted the level 2 emergency response for flood control in Tianjin to level 3. The General Office of National Flood Control and the Ministry of Emergency Management, together with the State Grain and Material Reserve Bureau, have mobilized 20 large flow emergency drainage pumps and other central emergency rescue and disaster relief materials to support Tianjin in continuing to do a good job in flood control and drainage.
Today, the flood control and drought relief command centers in Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces have terminated their Level 3 flood control response, while the flood control and drought relief command center in Jilin province has terminated its Level 2 emergency response for flood control and typhoon prevention. Currently, the Northeast region is comprehensively focusing on agricultural and rural disaster relief, as well as the recovery of production and daily life. Heilongjiang Province actively organizes and coordinates the efforts of all parties, and continues to carry out disinfection and sterilization and repair of roads, bridges and culverts. Today, the Heilongjiang Armed Police Corps sent nearly 400 officers and soldiers to carry out tasks such as dredging, clearing roadblocks and disinfection and sterilization in Hailin, Mudanjiang and Shuangcheng, Harbin.
Jilin Province is working hard to do a good job in credit and insurance claims. In Shulan, the agricultural nuclear disaster assessment and claims work is underway, with five local agricultural insurance underwriting institutions conducting on-site inspections, disaster assessment, and rapid claims work for agricultural insurance. As of the 13th, the progress of nuclear disaster assessment for crops such as rice, corn, and soybeans has completed nearly 90% of the damaged area.

Liaoning Province adopts various measures and scientific methods to carry out agricultural disaster relief, organizes shantytowns to timely discharge water from the shantytowns, repairs and strengthens damaged greenhouses, and takes comprehensive agricultural prevention and control measures for crops with poor growth and weak resistance.
