In Zhuozhou, Hebei, dredging and garbage disposal are nearing completion. In Jilin, the severely affected areas of Shulan, Yushu, and Fuyu have completed 315 road repairs, almost all blocked roads have been opened to traffic, and 45 10kV power supply lines have been restored. Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission increased the allocation of 500 million yuan in central budget investment to support the emergency recovery and reconstruction of infrastructure and basic public service facilities in six severely affected areas in Hebei, Beijing, Heilongjiang and other provinces.
The Ministry of Transport coordinates and dispatches emergency rescue teams and equipment to clear damaged roads. Currently, key disaster areas such as Beijing and Hebei have fully cleared damaged national and provincial roads.
The State Administration for Financial Regulation requires all banks and insurance institutions to fully support flood prevention, disaster relief, and post disaster reconstruction. As of August 15th, 13.89 billion yuan in loans related to flood control, disaster relief, and post disaster reconstruction have been disbursed to six severely affected areas, including Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, with an insurance compensation amount of 2.4 billion yuan.
