According to official information from the National Development and Reform Commission, Xiang Libin, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1967 in Xi'an, Shaanxi. He holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree in science, and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
Xiang Libin has successively served as the president of the Xi'an Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the president of the Institute of Optoelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This provides objective basis for scheme design optimization and data quality evaluation, and has become a new tool for high-resolution and high stability hyperspectral remote sensing.
