On July 22, the Hubei Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision announced that Tan Hai, Minister of Technology of the Chinese Football Association, and Qi Jun, Minister of Strategic Planning of the Chinese Football Association, are suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. They are currently under investigation by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the General Administration of Sport and the Hubei Provincial Supervisory Commission.
