On the afternoon of August 11th, a sudden flash flood occurred in Fengyu, Qinling, Xi'an, Shaanxi. Multiple landslides occurred on the section of National Highway 210 from Fengyukou to Jiwozi, and bridges were washed away. At present, multiple people in Luan Town, Chang'an District are missing and the casualties are unknown.
Chang'an District of Xi'an City has launched a first level response to natural disaster relief, and public security, emergency and other departments have rushed to the scene to carry out rescue work. The local traffic police have implemented special weather and traffic control measures in the area.

According to the Shaanxi Metropolis Express, at about 14:00 on August 11, a rainstorm suddenly fell in the Qinling Mountains. The Sixth Squadron of Xi'an Traffic Police Chang'an Brigade was on duty at the Fengyukou Public Security Checkpoint to implement temporary traffic control on the Chang'an Mountain section of National Highway 210.
