Later, Lei used the identification information provided by the other party to grab reserved tickets through the "Potala Palace Ticket Booking System" WeChat mini program. After successful reservation, he sold each ticket at a price about 500 yuan higher than the normal price. The public security organs of Lhasa City have imposed an administrative detention of 15 days on Lei in accordance with Article 52, Paragraph 3 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments.
