The consumer said that it was learned that the purchase price of fake mutton was about 18 yuan/jin, and the purchase price of real mutton was about 28 yuan -38 yuan/jin. He had bought three boxes of mutton at Zhang Liang Spicy Hot Pot before, but they sold 54 yuan. He questioned that "fake mutton is more expensive than real mutton".
On the morning of August 4, the reporter consulted Zhang Liang's Spicy Hot Pot headquarters on this matter. "After investigation, it was found that the involved store engaged in unauthorized procurement behavior. The lamb rolls inspected in the video were not products that were uniformly distributed by our headquarters." The customer service representative told reporters that the store belongs to a franchise store in Hebei, and they did not purchase from the designated supplier according to the headquarters' management requirements and sell them in the store. The headquarters will handle it according to relevant regulations.
Shortly after the media intervention, Zhang Liang Spicy Hot Pot immediately issued a statement through the microblog platform, which showed that the stores involved were in Sanhe City, Langfang, Hebei Province. After the incident, they immediately set up an internal investigation team and rushed to the store to investigate.
