Back then, Zhang, Wang, Chen, and four others transferred 35 million yuan to Ying. The loan was supposed to be repaid on September 12, 2014, but due to tight working capital, it was not repaid on time. Later, the court entered a lawsuit and made a judgment in 2017. At present, the principal plus overdue interest, penalty for breach of contract, etc., the executed subject matter of this case has a principal and interest of nearly 100 million yuan. This case is also the one with the highest amount involved among the three cases. In the other two cases at Chengdu Qingyang Court, Ying and his company acted as guarantees and assumed joint and several liability for repayment, with a total execution target of approximately 70 million yuan.
