81 cities pilot the construction of a closely knit urban medical group to build a new system of urban grid based medical services | Signing | Medical
CCTV News: The National Health Commission has announced that the country has recently launched pilot projects for the construction of close urban medical groups in 81 cities, including Beijing, Zigong, Sichuan, and Shiyan, Hubei, including prefecture level cities and districts directly under the central government.
The pilot cities will use the construction of a compact urban medical group as a carrier to build a new urban grid medical service system, responsible for providing residents with integrated and continuous medical and health services such as disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
The compact urban medical group will focus on resource sinking and sharing, and build a new pattern of graded diagnosis and treatment services. The leading hospital is generally a comprehensive hospital or traditional Chinese medicine hospital at the municipal and district levels. The member units should include at least a second level comprehensive hospital or a medical institution that can provide diagnosis and treatment of common and chronic diseases, emergency and critical care, and follow-up medical services for patients transferred from the leading hospital. The leading hospital should transfer at least one-third of the outpatient number sources and a quarter of the inpatient beds to the contracted family doctor service team or grassroots medical and health institutions. Contracted residents who have been referred to the grassroots can receive priority treatment, examination, and hospitalization. Actively guide qualified physicians from second and third level hospitals to settle down, establish family doctor signing service teams with grassroots general practitioners, and provide signing services on the platform of grassroots medical and health institutions.
The tight city medical group will coordinate the construction of resource sharing centers for medical testing, medical imaging, electrocardiogram diagnosis, pathology, disinfection supply, etc., to achieve mutual recognition of examination and testing results within the tight city medical group, establish a remote medical cooperation network covering all units of the medical consortium, and improve the efficiency of medical resource allocation and utilization.
