The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Education pointed out that the seven typical cases involving teachers have all been dealt with seriously, reflecting that schools in various regions have always regarded teacher ethics and conduct as the first standard for evaluating the quality of the teaching team in the deep implementation of the ten guidelines for teacher professional behavior, strengthening the construction of teacher ideological and political education, and teacher ethics and conduct. They have demonstrated their firm attitude towards "zero tolerance" and severe punishment of teacher ethics violations.

1、 Ma, a teacher at Ningxia University, violated regulations in obtaining allowances. From September 2019 to May 2022, Ma provided allowances to others without authorization, and illegally received management performance and teaching workload allowances. Ma's behavior violates the ninth provision of the Ten Guidelines for Professional Conduct of College Teachers in the New Era. In accordance with the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment, the Interim Provisions on Punishment of Public Institution Staff, the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Treatment of College Teachers' Morality Disorder and other relevant provisions, Ma was given a serious warning within the Party, demoted from the government affairs level, downgraded from the third level to the fourth level of professional and technical posts, and paid in full the subsidies he received in violation of regulations and standards. 7、 Wu, a teacher at Heping Center Primary School in Bijiang District, Tongren City, Guizhou Province, sexually assaulted multiple students. Wu's behavior violated the seventh provision of the Ten Guidelines for Professional Conduct of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era. According to relevant regulations such as the Interim Provisions on Disciplinary Measures for Staff of Public Institutions, the Measures for Handling Violations of Professional Ethics by Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and the Opinions of the Ministry of Education of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Implementing the System of Prohibited Employment, Wu was dismissed from his position and his teaching qualification was lost. He was included in the teacher qualification restriction database and was not allowed to reapply for teacher qualification recognition for life.
