Mr. Li, a villager of Luocun Village, said that his house was flooded during the rainstorm on the evening of the 22nd, but his family was safe. The river where the mudslide occurred is called Luocun Creek. The last flood occurred about 5 years ago, and the previous floods were not as severe as this year.
