The water level at Harbin Station, the main stream of the Songhua River, is 117.02 meters, 1.28 meters below the warning water level, with a flow rate of 4400 cubic meters per second; The water level at Yilan Station is 97.15 meters, 0.35 meters higher than the warning water level, with a flow rate of 11700 cubic meters per second. As of 8:00 am on August 7th, 12 rivers including Ashi River, Dongxiaohe River, Feiketu River, Gasi River, Ant River, Mangniu River, Mudan River, Mulin River, Songhua River, Wuhulin River, and Yalu River have exceeded the warning water level by 0.08-2.54 meters, with Mangniu River Danianzigou Station and Lalin River Caijiagou Station exceeding the warning water level by 0.44-0.87 meters.
