According to the video, on July 9th, his pig farm suffered a sudden power outage at night, causing 462 pigs to die from fever and resulting in a loss of nearly one million yuan.
The relevant video shows that the breeding factory is located in Daluomi Village, Fangzheng County, Harbin City.
On July 14th, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of Fangzheng County issued a notice on the death of pigs in the Northwest Ertun Pig Farm of Daluomi Village, stating that at 23:28 on July 8th, there was a power outage in the Northwest Ertun Pig Farm of Daluomi Village, Daluomi Town. The next day, the farmer reported that during the power outage, the ventilation fan in the farm could not work properly, resulting in poor ventilation inside the farm. Some pigs died from hypoxia and suffocation.

The Animal Prevention and Control Center Laboratory of the County Agriculture and Rural Bureau conducted sampling of live animals and the environment on site, and the test results ruled out the possibility of pigs dying from the epidemic.
