According to regulations, if the party concerned chooses to take back the economically affordable housing they have purchased, and the housing is still suitable as affordable housing after being taken back, they shall be ordered to take it back; If the party concerned chooses to make up for the price difference, or if the housing is no longer suitable for use as affordable housing after being reclaimed, they shall be ordered to make up for the price difference.

If it is a price difference, the calculation method for the price difference is x the total building area of the house. Since 2013, Hangzhou has released the latest market evaluation prices for affordable housing communities in September each year, providing a pricing basis for compensating for price differences.
