The specific subsidy policy includes providing a subsidy of 1.2% of the contract transaction amount for areas below 90 square meters; Provide a subsidy of 1% of the contract transaction amount for 90-144 square meters; A subsidy of 0.8% of the contract transaction amount will be provided for areas over 144 square meters.
Previously, the housing subsidy policy in the urban area provided a subsidy of 1% of the contract transaction amount, regardless of the size of the area. "The new round of housing subsidy policies will be refined and improved, with increased subsidy tilt towards rigid demand and targeted promotion of inventory reduction." The municipal construction department stated that by classifying subsidies according to the size of the unit type, the goal of precise policy implementation will be achieved.
It is reported that homebuyers can apply for subsidies by presenting their purchase contract, real estate ownership certificate, and deed tax payment certificate.
