12306 New features: push notifications for delays, change of ticket checking location, and other information | Passengers | Location
Starting from August 22nd, the railway department will further optimize and improve the 12306 passenger information service function, providing travel information services covering ticket purchase, boarding, ticket refund and rescheduling, suspension notices, and delay reminders, better meeting the needs of passenger information services and improving the travel experience.
One is to enrich service scenarios. On the basis of pushing information on ticket purchase, refund, rescheduling, train suspension and restoration to passengers, new information such as adding temporary passenger trains in the same direction, delay reminders, and changes in ticket checking locations have been added. The second is to expand the reach range. On the basis of only pushing service information to ticket buyers, we have added pushing service information to passengers. After optimization and adjustment, railway information services will focus on reaching all passengers. The third is to optimize the push method. According to the needs of passengers, push messages through WeChat, Alipay and 12306 mobile phone APP. For passengers who have not opened WeChat and Alipay message notification, service information will be pushed through SMS.
