In the new semester, Fengxian District will officially open three new schools, namely high school, primary school, and kindergarten, in September. These new schools will be established in the form of famous school branches or joint education, based on a high starting point and high positioning, to create high-quality schools at the doorstep and assist in the construction of the South Shanghai Quality Education Zone.

The Lingang Fengxian Branch of the Second Affiliated Middle School of East China Normal University was officially launched in September this year, becoming a new brand of quality education in South Shanghai. As an important component of Hua'er Education Group, the school adheres to the educational philosophy of "pursuing excellence and cultivating lifelong development as the main body", and is committed to cultivating new talents and outstanding socialist builders with "advanced science and expertise, comprehensive and harmonious growth". Through the integration of teaching and research, science and technology innovation, curriculum, and clubs, the school deeply rooted the genes of Hua'er Famous School in the branch campus, achieving high standards and quality of branch campus construction on the basis of high starting point and high positioning. The school is a public Shanghai experimental demonstration high school jointly built by the Lingang New Area Management Committee of the China Free Trade Zone, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the People's Government of Fengxian District, and East China Normal University. It adheres to the principle of "high starting point, high standard, and high positioning" of teaching staff.
