Seeking talents with thirst and seeking talents

After the publication of the "Nine Talents Regulations", within less than a month, the county received 150 letters and visits, including 46 people with titles such as engineers, assistant engineers, or equivalent.

Some veteran officials in Zhengding still remember that there was a constant stream of talented people requesting to come to Zhengding at that time. Learning about Wu Baoxin, Xi Jinping immediately came to the office of Cheng Baohuai, then head of Zhengding County.
