The 210 Provincial Road, which crosses Pujiang County in Zhejiang Province, is embedded among the towering mountains. In the eyes of the people along the way, it is a "moderately prosperous road" that has been crossed over the past 20 years. 20 years ago, due to the high and steep slopes of the mountain, as well as the long-term lack of maintenance, this road was uneven and had poor traffic, seriously affecting the production and life of local mountain farmers.
Wa Lu Bian Tong Tou originated from an unusual visit by the Provincial Party Secretary in 2003. At that time, Zhejiang, which was at the forefront of economic and social development, also faced concentrated social contradictions and problems caused by reform and development. The total number of petitions in the province had been increasing for 12 consecutive years, and petitions had become the main form of public petitions.
The interests of the masses are of no small importance.As the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, he chose Pujiang County, which has the most complex and sharp contradictions, for his first visit.
As soon as the announcement was made, the whole county caused a sensation. In just three days, there were 429 batches of registrations. The county has set up a reception location in the relatively large former Pujiang Middle School, where 14 classrooms have been temporarily divided as reception rooms.
During the interview, three representatives from the public, including villager Jiang Xingjian, reflected in person on the widening and renovation of Provincial Highway 210, which has been troubling everyone for more than 10 years.
The key to a real visit is to solve the problem.The construction of Provincial Highway 210 started more than three months later, and the entire line was fully connected two years later. The original 6-hour drive from here to Hangzhou has been reduced to 2 hours.Nowadays, this road has transformed from a moderately prosperous road to a shared prosperity road for the local people.

In 2005, the total number of letters and visits in Zhejiang Province experienced its first decline since 1992, and has since maintained a continuous decline in the number of letters and visits.
After 20 years of inheritance and development, the "Pujiang Experience" has spread from Pujiang to the entire province of Zhejiang, and then to the whole country, demonstrating strong vitality.
