The latest statistics show that in the first five months, China's high-tech manufacturing investment grew 12.8% year on year, 8.8 percentage points higher than all fixed assets investment. Powerfully supporting the stable operation of the Chinese economy.
The high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing industry is constantly deepening. The commercial operation of domestically produced large aircraft has been successful, and the launch of the Shenzhou 16 manned spacecraft has been successful. In the first five months, the added value of large-scale aerospace and equipment manufacturing industry and intelligent vehicle equipment manufacturing industry increased by 25.9% and 33% year-on-year, respectively.
As the industry moves towards high-end development, the driving force of intelligence continues to strengthen. With the widespread application of information technology, big data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, China's digital economy has developed rapidly. From January to May, the production of industrial control computers and system products increased by 33.4%.
At the same time, efforts have also been intensified in green transformation. In the first five months, the production of new energy vehicles, solar cells, and charging stations increased by 37%, 53.6%, and 57.7% year-on-year, respectively. In May, the export value of "new three types" products represented by lithium batteries, solar cells, and electric passenger vehicles increased by more than 50% year-on-year, and new economic growth points are forming.

With the upgrading and development of industries, the driving role of mid to high end industries in the economy is further enhanced. In May, the contribution rate of the equipment manufacturing industry to the growth of all industries above designated size exceeded 70%. Nowadays, the rapid growth of high-tech manufacturing industry has laid a solid foundation for building a modern industrial system and promoting high-quality development.
