In 2018, a foreign luxury car brand tendered globally to tailor a laser welding automated production line for battery trays. Ye Zufu introduced that in order to accomplish this task, a research team of more than 20 people went through hundreds of discussions and adjustments. Nine months later, the customer came to inspect with a 4-page inspection index, and the data not only met all standards, but also had an accuracy 66% higher than that of German companies. The world's first laser welding production line for battery trays has filled the domestic technological gap.
