Political security cooperation is the paving stone for BRICS cooperation. From holding the "BRICS+" Foreign Ministers' Dialogue and the High Representative Meeting on Security Affairs, to establishing a regular consultation mechanism for permanent representatives in New York, Geneva, and Vienna, and then deepening cooperation within multilateral frameworks such as the United Nations and the G20, issuing a "BRICS strong voice" to uphold international fairness and justice and build an equal and orderly multipolar world, continuously injecting stability and positive energy into the world.
