The service promise of "maximum one run" has been launched by Shanghai Telecom since July 1st, with the launch of "online omnipotent citizen | service | commitment"
A certain citizen moved and entrusted someone to handle broadband relocation services at the telecommunications business hall. When the principal brought broadband equipment from their old address to the business hall, but did not bring the broadband household owner's ID card and only brought their own identification as the principal, they had to run back again to collect the full identification document as usual.
Now, the salesperson will tell the citizens: there is no need to run anymore, nor do they need to bring the device terminals. They can directly handle the relocation online. After the submission is completed, the citizens can wait for the telephone contact of the telecommunications engineering personnel to install the new address. At the same time, it is also possible to apply for dual address broadband coexistence
For the convenience of citizens in handling business, Shanghai Telecom has launched a service commitment of "online all-around service, maximum one run" since July 1st this year. Citizens can use services and conduct business processing through "China Telecom" APP, WeChat official account, "Shanghai Telecom" and "China Telecom Shanghai Customer Service".
The scope of services and business processing includes 201 items, including inquiry, payment, consultation, repair, complaint, and handling. It is worth noting that if it involves personal information protection, account funds, and business processing related to the implementation of national policies and laws and regulations, citizens also need to go to business outlets to handle it.
According to Lu Rong, the General Manager of Shanghai Telecom's Customer Service Department, the "Online Omnipotent, Maximum Run Once" service commitment has been implemented since June 15th this year. Since then, Shanghai Telecom's online business processing volume has increased by 10.11% compared to the same period last month. "While providing great convenience to citizens, the telecommunications business hall can free up more manpower and physical space, providing services such as new business experiences, public welfare anti fraud classrooms, serving old service points, and outdoor workers' love wings, making the business hall an urban reception hall at the doorstep of ordinary people's homes."
