The financial integration in the Yangtze River Delta has achieved fruitful results again. On June 15th, under the guidance of the banking and insurance regulatory bureaus in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Ningbo, the Shanghai Interbank Association, Jiangsu Banking Association, Zhejiang Banking Association, Anhui Banking Association, and Ningbo Banking Association jointly established a joint meeting of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Banking Association and jointly signed the Memorandum of Cooperation on Supporting the Development of Financial Integration in the Yangtze River Delta.
Under the guidance of local banking and insurance regulatory bureaus, the joint meeting will implement the integrated development strategy of the Yangtze River Delta, jointly discuss development plans, fully leverage the platform and bridge role of industry associations, strengthen financial collaborative innovation, promote the docking of various key work, promote cross regional co construction and sharing, and improve the level of integrated services.
Li Hu, a first level inspector of the Shanghai Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, stated that the first step of the joint meeting is to deeply practice the development concept of putting the people at the center, strengthen the political, people-oriented, and professional nature of financial work, based on the new stage of development, play the leading role of party building, deepen cooperation and make progress in inclusive finance, science and technology innovation finance, green finance, consumer protection, and clean financial culture construction, establish a set of characteristic standard systems and service concepts in the Yangtze River Delta, and create a golden signboard for the Yangtze River Delta finance. The second is to promote business collaboration. Following the principles of legal compliance and moderate prudence, we will strengthen exploration and practice in areas such as settlement urbanization and collaborative credit, making the circulation of financial elements more convenient in the Yangtze River Delta region and promoting efficient allocation of financial resources. Thirdly, we need to strengthen joint risk prevention and control. Strengthen market risk assessment and response, promote financial information interconnection, collaborate on the task of preventing and resolving financial risks, promote the crackdown on debt evasion and abandonment, explore collaborative disposal of non-performing assets, and coordinate and cooperate to strengthen the collection and resolution management of problematic loans.
After the establishment conference, the first working meeting of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Banking Association Joint Meeting was held to jointly discuss and deploy the follow-up key work. On the same day, the "WeChat Matrix of the Yangtze River Delta Banking Association" was officially launched, and the official WeChat official account of each banking association shared information resources, forming a brand effect and creating a good public opinion atmosphere for the integrated development of finance in the Yangtze River Delta. The joint meeting will also conduct research on the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor on the 16th, and exchange ideas and discussions with the joint meeting office of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.
It is reported that as the first rotating party of the joint meeting of the Yangtze River Delta Regional Banking Association, the Shanghai Banking Association will actively play a leading role, strengthen communication and collaboration, and work together to innovate and break through in areas such as training resource sharing, financial support for technological innovation, and gathering publicity and cooperation.
