On July 14th, the "Shanghai Guoluo" tourism charter flight to aid youth was launched at Pudong Airport. More than 60 tourists boarded the charter flight and flew to Guoluo, Qinghai, embarking on a journey of Shanghai's tourism charter flight to aid youth.
Guoluo Prefecture is located in the southeast of Qinghai Province, at the junction of Qinghai, Gansu, and Sichuan provinces. It is known as the "Pure Land of Snowy Regions, Secret Land of Guoluo - Hometown of Chinese Gesar Culture", and is particularly famous for "the world's longest epic, China's largest glacier, and Qinghai's most beautiful wetland". This is an important part of the ancient Silk Road and the Tang and Tibetan ancient road, the hometown of Gesar culture in China, an important water source conservation area for the "Chinese Water Tower", and an important ecological barrier for China. It has unique plateau ecological beauty. Guoluo Prefecture has 6 counties under its jurisdiction, and due to its unique geographical location and natural environment, it is listed as the largest natural environment protection area in the country - the "Three Rivers Source" Nature Reserve.
The opening of the "Shanghai Guoluo" tourism charter flight is the first beneficial attempt between Shanghai and Guoluo Prefecture. The first flight of this charter flight will build an air bridge between Shanghai and the Guoluo Plateau region in Qinghai. By accurately matching the needs of tourists, the unique natural advantages and cultural resources of Guoluo will be effectively transformed into high-quality cultural and tourism development advantages, enhancing the "Snow Land · Secret Land Guoluo" cultural and tourism brand, and achieving further communication and integration between the two regions.
This charter flight tour has a total of 8 days and 7 nights, with most of the itinerary in Guoluo Prefecture, covering six counties including Maqin County, Maduo County, Banma County, Gande County, Dari County, and Jiuzhi County, including the Red Army Gully Memorial Hall, China Gesar Cultural Museum, Delwen Historical Poetry Village, Gesar Lion Dragon Palace, Diaolou Ancient Village, Omcuo, Donggecuona Lake and other scenic spots. Under the guidance of professional tour guides, tourists will have a deep understanding and experience of the ecological and environmental protection situation of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau as well as the Tibetan culture in Qinghai.

In May of this year, the Shanghai Municipal Government's Cooperation and Exchange Office led the release of the 100 tourism charter flights plan in Shanghai, including 15 charter flights to aid Guoluo. At that time, Governor Ye Wanbin of Guoluo warmly invited Shanghai tourists to visit "Yellow River Source, Snowy Pure Land, and Sky Guoluo" for a walk. Through the joint cooperation of the governments of Shanghai and Guoluo, as well as the Spring and Autumn Group, this charter flight inaugural event received strong support from departments and units such as the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Cooperation and Exchange Office, the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, and the fifth batch of Shanghai Youth Aid Cadre Liaison Group. It was planned and completed by the Spring and Autumn Group.
Zhao Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Guoluo Prefecture Committee and Head of the Shanghai Youth Aid Cadre Liaison Group, believes that tourism charter flights are very helpful for aid construction work. They can not only promote the development of tourism service industry in the Guoluo region through tourist transportation, but also increase emotional exchanges between the people of Shanghai and Guoluo. It is reported that in addition to this flight, Spring and Autumn Tourism also plans to open another Guoluo charter flight for tourism in August.
