The reporter learned from the 100 day countdown press conference for the opening of the 6th China International Import Expo held on July 26th that the 6th China International Import Expo has created a bilingual service column in Chinese and English, with the addition of a "one click exhibition" service function, based on existing functions such as finding exhibitors, viewing exhibition halls, checking activities, and cloud viewing. This allows exhibitors to timely understand exhibition information, submit their willingness to participate with one click, and attract more exhibitors to know, experience, and participate in the Expo through digital means.
In terms of smart travel, we fully rely on transportation command platforms, parking reservation systems, and the "Suishenxing" Expo Zone to deepen the application of functions such as smart management, smart parking, and "one click travel check", ensuring comprehensive monitoring and command, full coverage of parking reservation, and full notification of travel information.
In addition, in order to continuously improve the convenience of exhibitors, in terms of policy support, the 6th China International Import Expo continued to use 19 support policies in areas such as customs clearance convenience and market access. This year, the customs added one new support measure, expanding the scope of exhibition products. On the premise of assessing and confirming that the risks are controllable, it is allowed for animal and plant products and food that have not been quarantined and allowed to enter and participate in exhibitions in countries without animal and plant epidemics to be granted special approval. In addition, the customs will continue to establish policy consulting service windows, and set up special windows and channels for the CIIE at relevant ports to provide customs clearance convenience for inbound exhibitors and exhibits.
In terms of exhibition convenience, while ensuring safety, the 6th CIIE will further expand the pilot application scope of electronic documents, add electronic document verification points, and continuously optimize measures such as exhibition hall passenger flow, ride hailing and drop off points, and vehicle stop and go points. Further optimize guarantee measures such as rail transit, ground buses, taxis, chartered passenger transportation, and parking management, strengthen the comprehensive connection of various transportation modes, and ensure transportation security in key areas such as venues and surrounding areas.
In terms of accommodation services, we will strengthen the statistical monitoring of housing resources and timely release information on accommodation resources for the 6th China International Import Expo. Continue to implement price supervision measures and strengthen price supervision in the accommodation market. Further enhance the level of accommodation and tourism reception services, and create high-quality, efficient, convenient, and heartwarming services.
In terms of catering services, we will further optimize and improve the "fixed-point mobile restaurant convenience store" food security model, adhere to both food security and food safety, and achieve total security and rich variety of both hands. In terms of medical services, optimize the allocation of medical resources inside and outside the exhibition hall, and continuously strengthen the medical security force.
In terms of legal protection, in order to meet the needs of exhibitors for legal services, this year the Leading Group for Urban Service Protection at the CIIE has newly established a legal service protection group, which will actively implement the "Shanghai Regulations on Serving the China International Import Expo Well" and strive to provide more professional one-stop legal service protection for the CIIE.
Since the fifth CIIE, the professionalism and functionality of the Shanghai trading group's procurement have been comprehensively enhanced, the scale of procurement transactions has increased steadily, and the amount of intended transactions has ranked first among all local trading groups in the country for five consecutive years. The "6 Days and 365 Days" perennial display and trading platform has expanded from the first batch of 30 to 60 this year, introducing nearly 200000 exhibits into the Expo, with a total of more than 323 billion yuan of imported goods, pushing a number of exhibits for the first exhibition of the Expo to settle in Shanghai one after another, driving the booming economy of Shanghai's first store.
