Its annual power generation reaches 480000 kilowatt hours, and its annual power consumption is 51% less than that of office buildings of the same size, only 400000 kilowatt hours. Therefore, it has been awarded the Zero Energy Building Certificate by the China Building Energy Conservation Association.
